We lovingly pack and send our VIVA LA CALAVERA goods within 2-5 business days of you placing your order.
All of our orders are shipped using Australia Post. You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched, to help you track your items.
Delivery times may vary as they are out of our hands, but we only work with reliable couriers so your purchase should arrive within 5-7 days. VIVA LA CALAVERA ships from Melbourne.
- We offer $16 flat rate shipping anywhere in Australia (excluding bulky items)
- We offer FREE POSTAGE for all items over $150 in value
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
We can indeed ship to you. Due to the various weights and sizes of our collections, we cannot offer a flat fee for international shipping.
Just send us an email through the website and tell us what you want to purchase and we'll get the most economical quote for you.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, holiday periods, weekends and severe weather. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
All our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and does not include local taxes and import/custom duties for international orders.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, VIVA LA CALAVERA cannot offer reimbursement for this package.
